Boomi is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Enablement Consultant to join our Sales Enablement team at our Sales Hub location. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing the effectiveness and productivity of our B2B iPaaS sellers through tailored on-site enablement programs.

The Sales Enablement Consultant will collaborate closely with local sales, sales development, and pre-sales leadership to assess enablement needs, devise strategies, and implement initiatives aimed at accelerating new hire productivity and increasing the number of sellers achieving quota.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Barcelona office

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Hire Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and equipping them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and tools to succeed.
  • Assessment and Needs Analysis: Work closely with local sales, SDR, and presales leadership to assess the enablement needs of sales personnel, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Enablement Program Management: Develop and execute local enablement initiatives aligned with global programs and frameworks, adapting them to address specific regional requirements and market dynamics.
  • Content Development: Leverage Boomi’s global inventory of enablement resources and sales coaches, and collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and impactful sales enablement content, including training materials, playbooks, and resources tailored to the needs of B2B iPaaS sellers.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and sales methodologies.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize programs to drive improvements in new hire productivity and quota attainment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various stakeholders, including sales leadership, product management, marketing, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving sales enablement goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B technology sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Passion for making sellers successful.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sales excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to support regional sales enablement initiatives.

  • Accelerate new hire productivity by reducing ramp-up time through effective onboarding programs.
  • Increase the percentage of sellers achieving quota through targeted enablement efforts and support.
  • Enhance overall sales effectiveness and performance by delivering high-quality enablement programs tailored to regional needs.
