Purpose & Objectives
You will be working alongside Sales Development Executive (SDE) and Digital Campaign experts to drive pipeline creation, draft campaign build strategies & development of digital campaigns. The goal of the plan and execution is to develop pipeline coverage needed to achieve and overachieve sales team’s quotas, and consistently improving pipeline to revenue conversion.
As a Regional Campaign Manager, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support campaign creation, management, and outcomes tracking. You will be helping to grow our Line of Business footprint for Net New Names, working with the market unit campaign managers, SDE, demand manager and other Digital Hub functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive End to End digital programs and campaigns from planning, execution to closure. Ensuring various teams involved in the program or campaign are aware of their tasks and responsibilities as well as the status progress.
- Review demand needs, identify pipeline and progression gaps where digital campaigns can be planned and executed to meet the gap.
- Collaborate and work with Market Unit Campaign Managers to drive regional and market unit programs and campaigns
- Collaborate, plan and build Campaigns (or micro-campaigns) in accordance with the needs of the business.
- Management of existing campaigns and tracking the progression of them.
- Support creation of campaign blueprint and campaign communication to the field.
- Support in the creation of WBS code and utilise the code when requesting for support from other teams.
- Track the outcomes of each campaign and document outcomes of campaign accordingly in the campaign tracker. Provide report and communication of outcomes to sales leaders and wider stakeholders.
- Work with other digital hub functions, such as digital assets, partner acceleration, digital insights team to plan and orchestrate high impact Digital Campaigns.
Skillset Required:
- Exceptional relationship building skills, ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive campaigns success
- Strong Project and Program Management skills
- Exceptional oral and written executive communication skills in English (mandatory) and Japanese (desired)
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Passion to challenge, improve and innovate at both a personal and organizational level
- Knowledgeable about how organizations work; knows how to get things done through formal and informal channels
Experience:
- 2-5 years professional experience at enterprise level in demand generation campaigns planning, orchestration and execution
- Experience in project or program management driving campaigns or sales programs from planning to closure.
- Understanding about demand, pipeline gap and progression opportunities is desired.
- Experience working with SDR/BDR to drive digital and outbound campaigns is desired.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing or Information Technology required from an accredited university.
