You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, planning and delivering marketing activities and reporting on their effectiveness. As a member of the regional marketing team, you’ll also work with fellow marketers on specific campaigns.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building awareness and interest in BMT’s management consulting services for UK central government and national security markets
  • Working with the Senior Business Development Manager to develop marketing plans for targeted markets, including awards and sponsorship
  • Collaborating with the management consulting and innovation teams to create and deliver content such as thought leadership papers, press releases, and case studies

About You

You will have a background in marketing or a related field, ideally with a bachelor’s degree, though other academic or professional experience will be considered. You will bring a proven record of managing successful marketing campaigns.

Your analytical skills help you interpret data and market research, supporting informed decisions. You are creative, able to develop campaigns that connect with target audiences, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.

Familiarity with marketing software such as CRM (HubSpot), CMS (Umbraco), and planning tools (Monday.com) is helpful, but not essential—full training will be provided.
