Join BD as a UI UX Design Specialist on a 12-month contract located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Requirements
Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably with a portfolio.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps) is a plus.
Skills & Responsibilities
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch: Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for Web, Desktop, and Mobile Apps.
Usability testing: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with UI developers to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and optimize existing applications.
Design systems: Maintain design documentation and UI style guides adhering to UX best practices.
Potential transition routes: People from Web Designer, Product Designer, or Graphic Designer roles may bring visual design and prototyping skills, alongside meeting project management requirements.

Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Apply UX best practices to ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and ease of use.
Collaborate with UI developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

Optimize existing Apps for better usability and performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
