Strategic Affairs & Governance (General Counsel)

Provide strategic legal and commercial support across
investments, governance, contracts, negotiations and corporate structures.
Coordinate external legal advisers, support transactions, manage contractual
risk and advise on deal processes, litigation strategy and corporate
governance.

· Support investment
transactions and negotiations.

· Coordinate external legal
advisers locally and internationally.

· Review and negotiate
commercial agreements and contracts.

· Advise on governance, legal
structures and litigation strategy.

· Support due diligence and
transaction execution.

Requirements

· 10+ years of commercial
legal, corporate advisory or transaction experience.

· Qualified lawyer
advantageous but not essential.

· Strong legal network and
understanding of Qatar and international legal frameworks.

· Experience in M&A,
contracts, governance, negotiations or corporate structuring.
