Chief Investment & Operating Officer

Lead a diversified family office investment portfolio across
real estate, private equity, venture capital, listed and private investments.
Drive investment strategy, portfolio management, financial reporting,
stakeholder management, team leadership, investment analysis, commercial
decision-making, business planning, due diligence, investment evaluation and
partnership development across multiple sectors.

· Lead investment strategy
and portfolio management across multiple asset classes.

· Identify, evaluate and
execute investment opportunities.

· Prepare and review
investment analysis, financial models and portfolio reporting.

· Lead internal teams and
collaborate with external partners and advisers.

· Develop commercial
strategies and investment business cases.

· Manage stakeholder
relationships with founders, investors and partners.

Requirements

· 10+ years in investment
management, private equity, venture capital, family office, corporate
development or principal investments.

· Multi-sector investment
experience (real estate, VC, PE, equities or operating businesses).

· Portfolio management,
investment analysis, financial reporting and stakeholder management.

· Leadership experience and
excellent commercial judgement.

· Qatar ecosystem knowledge
desirable with strong international network.
