Job Title: Senior Digital Developer

Location: Scotstoun, Filton, Broad Oak, Cowes, New Malden, Frimley. Full time from home, occasionally work on site for team meetings (infrequently). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: Circa £ 55,000 (DOE)

Job Description:

The role involves developing fast, responsive, and data‑rich user interface components within our IoT platforms, including ThingWorx, Oracle APEX. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining coding standards and architectural patterns to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions. The position also requires building efficient REST‑based integrations with enterprise applications, enabling seamless data exchange and system interoperability.

Core duties:

  • Work closely with backend developers and product teams to turn requirements and UX/UI designs into polished digital experiences
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussion and sprint planning
  • Coach and support associate and junior developers to progress their tasks and help them grow within their own roles.
  • Champion best practices, continuous improvement, coding standards and provide technical steer to other IT functions

Your skills and experiences:

  • Extensive experience in PL/SQL
  • Good experience in JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, React, and TypeScript
  • Solid experience with web technologies, including HTML and CSS
  • Proven experience developing web services, both SOAP‑based and RESTful
  • Demonstrable experience in Object‑Oriented Analysis and Design
