Job title: Reward Services Manager

Salary: £57,000 +

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the provision of a range of employee benefits, including managing supplier relationships and ensuring adherence to policies and processes
  • Delivery of all aspects of the annual pay and incentive awards in collaboration with the Reward Centre of Expertise (CoE)
  • Managing relationships with the Reward CoE and other key business stakeholders, acting as the point of contact for service issues and improvements
  • Supporting delivery of all business projects and change to Reward, and leading on change within the Reward Services team
  • Championing and driving continuous improvement initiatives to drive standardisation and efficiency of processes
  • Providing day to day management of the Reward Services Team

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Have broad HR / Business and Reward operational knowledge, including system interfaces and policies
  • Proven operational leadership in a diverse and complex environment
  • Have good business systems experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis, with the ability to interpret and present data

Desirable

  • CIPD or similar qualification
  • Experience of reward in an international environment

The Rewards Services Team:

Reporting to the Pay and Reward Operations Manager with Shared Services, the role is responsible for the delivery of Reward Operations covering both benefit and compensation activities for circa 50,000 employees. Working closely with the Reward CoE the role is responsible for the efficient and effective delivery of reward and benefits programs.
