Job Description

Job Title: Leadership Development Coach

Location: Scotstoun & Govan

Salary: Up to £53,000 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading and exemplifying the deployment of each phase of the Sustainable Operational Excellence (SOE) model, adhering to established coaching standards
  • Coaching leaders at all levels, driving transformative changes in mindset and behaviour
  • Fostering a psychologically safe environment that encourages candid communication and constructive feedback
  • Challenging existing beliefs and behaviours, promoting the adoption of new, more effective operational habits and goals
  • Advocating and modelling a culture of personal accountability and adult learning behaviours
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure effective system deployment across multiple organisational areas
  • Continuously adapting and refining the SOE model in response to organisational feedback, ensuring relevance and impact

Your skills and experiences:

  • Previous working experience coaching, mentoring or teaching stakeholders to align coaching outcomes with business goals
  • Experience of leading high level conversations with confidence and influencing at various levels
  • Experience developing and running training or upskilling sessions to embed best practice
  • A coaching, mentoring or training qualification/background

The Operational Excellence Coaching Team:

The Operational Excellence Coaching Team is a critical role within our business. The team are responsible for developing and coaching all levels of leadership on a 1:1 basis, supporting leaders to manage and sustain change that will make us fit for the future.

Reporting to the Operational Excellence Delivery Lead, you will join a team of 9 Coaches driving rapid change across the organisation by challenging mediocrity and supporting leaders to deliver a multi-million-pound orderbook. Coaching up to 4 leaders at a time, you’ll guide them through the Sustainable Operational Excellence (SOE) steps, confront poor behaviours, and help build new habits—breaking down silos and barriers to achieve excellence and make the organisation Fit for the Future.
