At our Malaysian Global Delivery Centre, we support our global business in the development of software products to support our customer mission covering product domains such as geospatial, cybersecurity and complex data analytics platforms.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to work as a Test Automation Developer.

Interview Process

Our interview process includes an in-person deep dive into the projects and experiences listed on your CV. Please ensure your CV accurately reflects your hands-on experience rather than rely on AI generated content. You will be expected to discuss the technical contributions listed in your CV in detail.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Understanding new and existing functional requirements based on user stories and designing appropriate test cases
  • Creating automation tests primarily using Python, Playwright, Cypress or Rest assured. (API)
  • Debugging automation test failures and raising appropriate bug tickets where product failures detected
  • Integrating test automation to CI/CD processes through tools such as Jenkins
  • Working with developers to help retest failures and investigate root causes
  • Working with an international team, where some hours overlap with the US time zone may be required

What We Are Looking For

  • Candidate should be a Malaysian citizen or have right to work in Malaysia without requirement for company sponsored visas
  • Should possess at least a bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology / engineering or equivalent with minimum CGPA 3.00
  • At least 2 years’ experience working in a test automation or developer role preferred
  • Knowledge of Python & Javascript is key – there will be coding tests during the interview process
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn on the job, acquire new skills as required and put these to effective use.
  • Demonstrate good English communication skills.

Key project technical areas:

  • Programming Languages – Python, Javascript
  • Build Tools – Git, Maven
  • Other Technologies – Jenkins, Docker, Linux bash
