Job title: Group Leader Supply Chain

Salary: £54,793 – £60,326

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage a team of Supply Chain Professional Orderbook Managers focused on managing a Customer and/or Supplier Orderbook in support of various Programmes
• Manage the team responsible for delivery of items to and from KSA. Monitor teams’ performance to achieve KPIs to meet KSA’s requirements, ensuring robust processes are in place, reviewed and adhered to in order to achieve targets and improve efficiencies
• Oversee orders throughout the whole supply chain until assets are delivered to the customer, liaising directly with various stakeholders
• Receive, validate, and accept incoming orders ensuring due Governance
• Production and presentation of weekly and monthly stats for order book on contractual KPIs
• Conduct meetings at all levels and present up to senior management level including Performance Reviews
  
  

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Detailed understanding of appropriate Supply Chain Systems used to facilitate transactions, including IFS applications, LN, APPS7, IEDB systems
• Knowledge and experience of all aspects of the Supply Chain and its interface points from purchase to delivery is essential to the role
• In-depth understanding of ITAR/EAR and associated databases
• Proficient in MS Office Suite: Advanced level Microsoft Excel and Intermediate level using and creating Microsoft Power Point presentations
• Effective people management skills with relevant experience in a supply chain environment across multiple geographical locations is desirable
• Experience of order book management in a fast paced environment

The SMSCMC (UK) Supply Chain Team:

Lead a dedicated team of Supply Chain Professionals, focused on managing a Customer orderbook. Enjoy opportunities for development, liaise with international customers, and engage in regular 1-2-1 sessions to support and grow your team’s success.
