Location: Preston (Lancashire) / Frimley (Surrey). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-4 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 Per Annum + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

Role Description

The Data & Analytics Graduate will support the delivery of data, analytics and AI solutions that drive informed decision-making, operational efficiency and business performance. Working with stakeholders and experienced data professionals, the role will help identify business needs, develop insights and data products, support the creation of reliable data pipelines, and maintain trusted data assets. The graduate will apply analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills to turn data into value, contribute to AI-enabled opportunities, and support the continuous improvement of data and analytics services across the organisation.

Core duties

• Support teams by understanding their data needs and delivering clear insights that improve decision-making and performance.
• Help design, build and maintain data products, such as dashboards and reports, that are easy to use and support business outcomes. Assist in creating reliable data flows, ensuring data is accurate, timely and fit for purpose.
• Maintain organised, well-structured data so it can be easily accessed, understood and trusted.
• Apply strong problem-solving, attention to detail and clear communication to support continuous improvement in data and analytics services.

Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks.

Qualification requirements

As a minimum requirement you must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in the following subjects: Software & Systems Engineering, Data Science and Computer Science.
