Job title: Graduate Air Data Analyst
Location: Warton / Samlesbury (Lancashire). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-4 days per week.
Salary: £34,000 Per Annum + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

Role description
The Applied Analytics team helps the business make better decisions by transforming data into actionable insights. Working closely with stakeholders, the team applies analytics, data science, and AI techniques to address real-world business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.
As part of a diverse team of Data Scientists, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and AI Engineers, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of statistical models, data products, and AI applications. You will support the delivery of innovative analytical solutions, deepen your understanding of the business, and continuously expand your technical and professional skills through hands-on experience across a variety of projects.
Core duties
• Support the development, testing, and deployment of AI and analytics solutions that deliver business value and improve decision-making.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, AI Engineers, and Analysts to create innovative data products, models, and AI capabilities.
• Prepare, analyse, and validate data from multiple sources to support analytics, machine learning, and AI development activities.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and contribute to the design of data-driven solutions that meet operational needs.
• Support the maintenance, improvement, and monitoring of analytical models, AI applications, and reporting solutions to ensure effectiveness and reliability.
• Apply data governance, security, and responsible AI principles while documenting solutions and sharing knowledge across the team.

Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks.
Qualification requirements
As a minimum requirement you must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in the following subjects: Any STEM subjects
Start date: 6th September 2027 Length of contract: Permanent contract
