Location: Preston (Lancashire). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 1-2 days per week.

Salary: £34,000 Per Annum + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

Role description

This role involves learning and applying Systems Engineering principles to support the design, development, operation, and continuous improvement of identity systems throughout the product lifecycle. It includes analysing and decomposing requirements into system and sub-system levels while developing an understanding of requirements management techniques. The role also focuses on driving process and system improvements through the design and implementation of configuration changes, utilising process modelling, report development tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and data analysis techniques including pattern matching and Artificial Intelligence (AI) models.

Core duties

• Set up and maintain automated processes that take configuration changes and safely move them into live systems to enable repeatable onboarding of applications into Identity tooling.
• Configure and maintain system connectors, data mapping and integration patterns between identity platforms and target systems.
• Perform operational tasks to maintain the core identity governance, administration, certification and assurance processes.
• Support the troubleshooting of Identity process issues across identity services and connected systems.
• Support user experience and behavioural analytics for the Identity services.
• Work with the product teams to extend the Identity services coverage through business engagement, data, process and technology activities.

Qualification requirements

As a minimum requirement you must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in the following subjects: Science, Technology or Engineering.
