Location: Warton/Samlesbury (Lancashire). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-5 days per week.

Role description
As an Undergraduate Data Analyst, you will work closely with internal and external customers across the Air sector, particularly those based on-site, to transform data into meaningful business insights. You will support decision-making by delivering analytical outputs and visualisations that help stakeholders understand performance, identify trends, and drive improvements. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will engage with a range of customers and technical specialists to understand business needs, support data-driven initiatives, and contribute to the development of analytical solutions that deliver value across the organisation. Knowledge of data analytics, statistics, programming and AI would be beneficial for this role.
Core duties
- Apply tools and techniques for data analysis and data visualisation (Tableau experience essential, Structured Query Language (SQL) experience preferred) to aid business decision-making processes.
- Identify, collect, migrate, manage, clean, abstract and aggregate data from a range of systems to support analytical studies.
- Manipulate and link different data sets to generate meaningful insights.
- Summarise and present data, findings and conclusions in the most appropriate format for stakeholders.
- Maintain existing dashboards and identify opportunities for development and improvement.
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure data requirements are clearly articulated and enable smooth product delivery.

Qualification requirements
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to be on track to obtain, a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in the following subjects: Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics or Artificial Intelligence.
