Job Title: Early Careers & Skills Development Coach (Graduates)

Location: Frimley/Guildford/Broad Oak. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £44,796

What you’ll be doing:

  • Deliver the Graduate Personal Effectiveness Programme to Graduates across our UK Business Units using a blended learning approach through a combination of Online and Classroom based methodologies
  • Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business
  • Delivery to group sizes that could vary with travel across the UK with overnight stays
  • Contribute to the development of the PE Programme as required, supporting reviews and sharing recommendations. Review and reflect on feedback making changes to continuous improvement
  • Take responsibility to manage and undertake graduate coaching sessions aligned to a Coaching Framework. Coaching graduates to reach their potential providing key support, mentoring, challenge and motivation throughout all aspects of their learning journey
  • Take professional pride in the role and embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering innovative and impactful teaching, learning and assessment
  • Supporting additional projects associated with the training activities as required

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent
  • Coaching experience gained within a corporate L&D environment
  • Experienced professional in Personal Effectiveness training and Graduate coaching

Desirable:

  • Training & Development qualifications NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
