Salary: Circa £49,000 dependent on experience

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reporting by drawing on data from multiple systems. You review KPIs and performance metrics, providing clear analysis and recommendations to support continuous improvement. You also contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and data models, ensuring they meet evolving business needs.

A key part of the role involves leading data analysis to identify patterns, trends, root causes, and potential impacts on demand, capacity, and resource planning. You maintain a consistent approach to data governance across Demand, Capacity, and Resource Management, supporting strong decision‑making within the Demand & Capacity Management function.

Core duties:

• You will have extensive analytical capability to interpret, challenge, and validate complex data sets
• You will have Advanced ServiceNow, Power BI, and Excel skills, including modelling and visualisation
• You will be skilled in improving reporting structures, dashboards, and digital tooling
• It is also desirable for you to have Data Analytics / BI qualifications and experience with Tableau

The Enterprise IT Demand Management team

The team manage all demand coming into EIT as well as forecasting future demand and the delivery capacity required to meet the pipeline. Ensuring alignment and simplified governance is key. We work closely with BAE business sectors to assure alignment to Functional, Enterprise Technology and Sector Roadmaps.
