Job Description:

We are looking for an organised, detail-oriented and collaborative individual to join our Compliance Team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills who is keen to develop their knowledge within a compliance environment.

As part of the team, you will support a variety of compliance activities, respond to queries and help resolve day-to-day issues. You will work collaboratively towards shared objectives while taking ownership of your own responsibilities and workload.

You will engage with stakeholders across the business, support continuous improvement activities and contribute to solutions aligned with organisational priorities. A willingness to learn, a proactive approach and strong attention to detail will be key to your success in the role.

Core duties:

  • Support management of UK, US, and global export control compliance, including licensing activities, record-keeping, and compliance checks
  • Maintain compliance registers and shared mailboxes, ensuring accurate records, timely follow-ups, and efficient administration
  • Assist with licence applications, authorisations, and export control processes to support business operations

  • Provide flexible support across compliance and legal activities, including research, documentation, investigations, and process improvement projects

Essential Skills:

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining and managing compliance records
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Desirable experience handling sensitive and confidential information, ensuring adherence to data protection and security requirements

The Compliance Team:

As Compliance Administrator you will work with numerous business functions to provide day-to-day guidance on compliance issues, with particular emphasis on meeting UK & US Export Control regulations and appropriate corporate/local policies. Within the Compliance Team you will collaborate to seek and introduce best practice and drive compliance related continuous improvement initiatives.

All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks.
