What You’ll Be Doing

We are seeking an experienced IAM BAU Process Analyst to support the operational Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes for National Highways. This role plays a key part in transitioning IAM capabilities into business-as-usual (BAU) operations, ensuring alignment with defined service KPIs and supporting the Head of Identity in maintaining secure and efficient access management.

  • Support the delivery and ongoing operation of IAM processes including Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and access management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IAM services meet business needs and performance targets.
  • Identify and resolve non-technical IAM issues impacting service delivery.
    Provide input to improve IAM service design and operational efficiency.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years’ operational process analysis and business support within similar environments.
  • Strong understanding of IAM platforms, standards, and business processes.
    Proven experience supporting identity lifecycle processes (JML).
  • Ability to influence and contribute to IAM service delivery improvements.
