We are recruiting for a Data Interrogation Team Members to join our team on a permanent basis
What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Data Interrogation Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for the day to day investigation of accounts within our void and debt recovery processes, ensuring that accurate data is held, to aid the process of collecting revenue from the correct people. You’ll remain compliant with company procedures and standards, and all regulatory requirements.
This role will require the investigation of data through varied technologies to trace customers and update our IT systems to reflect these changes.
Within this exciting role you’ll use appropriate tools to trace customers and contact methods available to boost contact, whilst using Lean approaches to continually improve and streamline working methods. You’ll complete data entry and make decisions on the appropriate action to take on accounts based on evidence found.
