What you’ll be doing:

As a Change Analyst, you will play a key part in ensuring change is adopted by our business. You will do this by focusing on the people side of change, particularly ensuring that those impacted by the change are aware, able and inspired to adopt the change. Supporting a Change Manager, you will help carry out change management across our organisation to support delivery of our business strategy.

Your primary responsibility will be supporting in the creation and implementation of change management plans to maximise people adoption, usage and minimise resistance. This role will be part of the Business Change team and will report day to day to the assigned change project working alongside the Change Manager or Project Manager.

Using your excellent communication and people skills, you will need to build strong relationships with our business Subject Matter Experts, stakeholders and ensure that our people are supported to adopt, fully utilise and be proficient in the new way of working.

What does it take to be successful?

Experience in delivering change projects (advantageous but not essential)
Experience and knowledge of change management methodologies and tools (advantageous but not essential)
Experience of successfully communicating to a variety of audiences, managing stakeholders and shifting behaviours
Great people skills; effective communicator, active listener, collaborator at all levels
Comfortable with ambiguity
‘Can do’ attitude and strong initiative
Good planning and prioritisation skills
Creative thinker – able to generate ideas and persuade others to adopt them
Energy and resilience
Well organised with attention to detail
Able to work with a diverse range of people at different levels
