We work with customers across 28 countries from 10 VOIS locations: Albania, Egypt, Hungary, India, Romania, Spain, Turkey, UK, Germany, Ireland, and with a network of teams in Czech Republic, Italy, Greece, and Portugal.
About this Role
We are seeking a Change Management Specialist to drive transformation and continuous improvement within the Delivery team. This role focuses on shaping requirements for automation and process optimisation, supporting delivery into live operations, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to enhance ways of working. The individual will be instrumental in assessing change impacts, enabling adoption, and contributing to the strategic roadmap of the function.
What you will do
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve the Delivery team’s ways of working.
- Engage confidently with senior stakeholders to discuss, negotiate, and advocate for changes in working practices.
- Maintain and groom a backlog of improvement initiatives, prioritising based on effort–benefit considerations.
- Plan, implement, document, enable, and monitor adoption of continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
- Apply tools and methodologies such as Excel, Power BI, Jira, data analytics, process modelling, documentation, and reporting to drive improvements.
- Assess changes originating outside the Delivery team, determining impact, optimising them collaboratively, and supporting their adoption.
- Provide support for urgent or short‑notice priorities aligned to the Fixed Connectivity Senior Delivery Manager.
Who you are
- Experienced in a multinational environment, with English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in change management within an IT or telecom context.
- Skilled in project management frameworks such as PRINCE2 or equivalent.
- Familiar with Six Sigma, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
- An articulate communicator capable of engaging and educating stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Proficient with Excel, Power BI, Jira, MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong multitasking and team‑collaboration abilities.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity, analysing complex information, and developing processes from the ground up.
