Requirements
Minimum Nitec with 2 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates without experience are welcome.
Willingness to work in different shift patterns.
Basic Microsoft Office / Google Suite, IT, literacy, and numeracy skills.
Forklift license or reach truck driving experience is preferred.
Aviation knowledge and ERP system experience are an added advantage.
Skills & Responsibilities
Order picking and packing: Conduct picking in correct priority sequences, confirm transactions in the system, and correctly label and pack goods including dangerous goods.
Inventory management: Put stock away in correct locations and carry out stock checks when requested.
Process adherence: Adhere to company quality procedures and inform management of system issues.
Cross-functional support: Assist receiving and other warehouse functions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Potential transition routes: People from logistics, retail stockroom, or general manufacturing roles may bring transferable inventory and warehouse handling skills, alongside meeting basic IT and shift flexibility requirements.

Job Objectives
To pick and pack goods in order of priority and maintain location of parts in the Warehouse in accordance with Satair Operating Procedures.
Job Responsibilities
Adhere to all documented Company Quality System procedures when carrying out operational duties.
Conduct picking of orders in the correct priority sequence.
Ensure all picking is confirmed in the system and paste the label on the parts correctly.
Ensure all pick and pack system transactions are performed correctly.
Ensure all documents printed are in order by sorting them before packing/box closure.
Put stock away in the correct location after picking and/or packing.
Comply to packing regulation for all Dangerous goods.
Ensure a safe and clean working environment is maintained at all times.
Endeavour to improve quality of work wherever possible.
Inform the Manager/Team Leader of any process errors or system issues in a timely manner.
Secondary Responsibilities
Assist the Warehouse Management with any reasonable adhoc request.
To operate cross functionally across the Warehouse functions.
To assist Receiving and other warehouse activities.
Carry out stock checks when requested
Support continuous improvement initiatives
