We are now looking for a IT Risk & Process Improvement Management to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.
Responsibilities - your mission
Risk Management
Identify and assess potential IT risks, vulnerabilities, and threats.
Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies.
Collaborate with IT teams to establish and enforce security measures.
Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Lead incident response efforts and contribute to crisis management activities.
Process Optimization
Analyze existing IT business processes and define new processes.
Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes.
Utilize methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of optimized processes.
Monitor and report on process performance metrics, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience in IT risk management and process optimization.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
