Job Description:

We are now looking for a IT Risk & Process Improvement Management to onboard our GBS in Lisbon.

Responsibilities - your mission

Risk Management

  • Identify and assess potential IT risks, vulnerabilities, and threats.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies.

  • Collaborate with IT teams to establish and enforce security measures.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Lead incident response efforts and contribute to crisis management activities.


Process Optimization

  • Analyze existing IT business processes and define new processes.

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement streamlined processes.

  • Utilize methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of optimized processes.

  • Monitor and report on process performance metrics, making adjustments as needed.


Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in IT risk management and process optimization.

  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.

  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a plus.
