Job Description:

• Analyze the technological needs of various aircraft systems and their extended ecosystem (customers, suppliers, etc.) to identify key problem statements.
  
• Develop rapid prototypes and tangible proof-of-concept solutions to address these identified needs and engineering challenges.
  
• Execute a structured, process-based approach to end-to-end AI/ML model development, ensuring traceability, reproducibility, and robust governance throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams and international experts, proactively networking to enhance methodologies, integrate constructive feedback, and deploy solutions across specific use cases.
  
• Test and Validate new models rigorously prior to deployment, ensuring comprehensive documentation of methodologies, performance metrics, and key R&T lessons learned.
  
• Communicate project status updates, technical findings, and strategic insights consistently to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
