Communications Specialist

Job Description:

Are you a strategic storyteller who thrives on turning complex corporate transformations into engaging narratives? We are seeking a Communications Specialist to join our CPH hub.

What the job is ...

You will be a key player of our growing communications team, you will work closely with the external communication manager as well as project leaders and management stakeholders to support a uniform global narrative. The key responsibilities are:

• Strategic advisory & transformation: Act as the communications expert for top corporate projects, providing advisory to project owners and executing end-to-end comms plans.
  
• Thought leadership: Help drive the company’s thought leadership voice. You will support the thought leadership pillar of the external communication strategy with research, ghostwriting, content management, and social advocacy for key stakeholders.
  
• Media Relations & PR: Support the development and execution of the global PR strategy and narrative, managing core journalist relationships and coordinating global press releases to ensure a unified voice.
  
• Editorial excellence: Execute, plan, and develop the global editorial calendar, ensuring all content adheres to our brand governance and strategic objectives.
  
• Internal: Ensure coordination across internal and external communications activities, driving greater utilization of content and topics.
  

How you will contribute to the team

You have 3-5+ years of experience in corporate communications, ideally in a global or B2B environment. You bring along proven ability to translate technical or complex corporate topics into simple, compelling messages. Your profile includes experience in stakeholder management and project-based work. You possess a collaborative mindset with the ability to "bridge" internal and external comms functions.
