As a valued member of our team specialising in the Public Safety sector, your primary objective revolves around ISO 27001 implementation, architectural oversight, incident management, collaboration and culture development.
You are not just a policy maker, you are a strategic enabler. Reporting to the country executive leadership, you will bridge the gap between complex technical resilience and high-level business risk management.
Core Responsibilities
- ISMS & Certification Leadership: Drive the enhancement of our ISMS based on comprehensive gap analyses. You will define the roadmap and lead the organization toward future Information Management (IM) certifications, aligning with evolving European defense standards.
- Technical Resilience Architect: Provide C-suite technical oversight in building and maintaining modern, secure, and resilient digital workspaces and networks. You ensure that our infrastructure is "secure by design" to support a mobile and high-security workforce.
- National & Divisional Liaison: Serve as the primary Point of Contact (PoC) for national security authorities and internal key stakeholders. You will represent Airbus in National Information Sharing and Analysis Centres (ISACs) and contribute to the National Emergency Supply Agency (NESA) Technology pools.
- Operational Intelligence & Incident Mastery: Lead the charge in collecting and analyzing Indicators of Attack (IoA) . You will work closely with regional and divisional IT Security functions to manage the cyber sphere, ensuring rapid escalation, closure of incidents, and rigorous "lessons learned" cycles.
- Security Culture Evangelist: Leverage modern, multichannel communication tools to transform security from a "requirement" into a "culture." You will educate and empower colleagues on the latest trends, building a resilient human firewall.

The Team
You will be working together with highly skilled security & IM experts with cutting-edge as well as legacy systems that need your attention. Your colleagues will contribute across the different European countries, where collaboration is key, to protect our joint assets.
Your closest colleagues will be from The Security Office, Facility Management Team, IM- team, and the Country Management team. In your role, you will be reporting to the Managing Director.

We're looking for someone with the following background, experience and skills.
Professional Experience
- Experience: 10+ years in IT/IM Security, with preferably at least 5 years in a C-level or Information Security Management role within the defense, aerospace, or critical software development sectors.
- Regulatory Mastery: Deep expertise in NIS2, GDPR, and national defense security frameworks (e.g., ANSSI, BSI, or KATAKRI).
- Technical Depth: Demonstrated ability to oversee and develop Zero Trust architectures, secure cloud environments, and resilient network topologies.
- Strategic Liaison: Proven track record of working with national or international authorities and regulatory bodies.
Certifications & Education
- Academic: Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a technical focus.
- Professional: Must hold active CISSP, CISM, or CCISO certifications. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor is highly preferred for the ISMS expansion mission.
Personal Attributes
- Diplomacy and negotiation skills: The ability to align the global efficiency of the parent company with the strict local security requirements of Finnish authorities
- Analytical execution: The ability to translate legislation and security criteria into technical solutions
- The ability and willingness to produce and maintain high quality documentation.
- Excellent command of both Finnish and English, Swedish and French is an advantage.
