• Requirements Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of digitalization and IoT needs from various business units, translating high-level requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
  
• Solution Design: Design and propose comprehensive system architectures and technical solutions for digitalization and IoT projects, considering factors like scalability, security, and integration with existing systems.
  
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Vendor and Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate potential vendors, technologies, and platforms to ensure the proposed solutions are cutting-edge and align with business goals.
  
• Project Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including requirement specifications, system design documents, and project plans.
  
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support and facilitate UAT to ensure that the final product meets all specified requirements and delivers the expected business value.
