- Drive improvements in code quality, testing, and developer experience.
- Lead and contribute to code reviews, maintaining a high engineering bar.
- Evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, and approaches where appropriate.
Delivery & Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Design to shape requirements, user experiences, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate with Backend teams to define and optimise APIs, data contracts, and integrations.
- Contribute to a rapid, iterative release cycle supported by CI/CD.
- Participate actively in Agile processes, ensuring high-quality and predictable delivery.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and support other engineers, helping to raise overall team capability.
- Lead by example, fostering a high-performance and accountable engineering culture.
- Provide technical guidance and contribute to team and platform-level decision making.

- Understanding of cross-platform or shared mobile architecture approaches.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes and impact.
