  • Take a leading role in Group budget, forecast and reforecast cycles, including challenge of business submissions and production of Group‑wide outputs for senior governance.
  • Prepare high‑quality materials for Executive and Board forums, clearly articulating assumptions, sensitivities and key judgements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, robustness and consistency of Group FP&A reporting processes.
  • Support risk, governance and control activities, including roll‑forward documentation and adherence to Group reporting standards.
  • Provide analytical support to Group‑level initiatives, capital allocation activities and strategic projects as required.
  • Support the wider Group FP&A team during peak periods (month‑end, reforecast, budget cycles), subject to capacity

  • High‑quality reporting packs for governance forums, including trading updates / flash packs, performance packs and planning outputs.
  • Robust supporting documentation and evidence for key FP&A controls, processes and calculations (audit‑ready where required).
  • Consistent, reliable performance metrics and calculations (e.g. RoE, EPS, DFSS), with transparent methodologies and assumptions.
  • Well‑maintained, fit‑for‑purpose FP&A models, templates and systems inputs that support scalable Group reporting.
  • Ad‑hoc analytical support to Group FP&A and senior stakeholders, where required and subject to capacity.
