Job Description
As a Senior Contracts & Legal Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting business within our Contracts and Legal Operations function, known internally as Commercial Operations. You will manage day-to-day activities relating to contract review, negotiation and management, working closely with business stakeholders, clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
You'll be expected to lead and support engagements primarily across Germany and the wider DACH region, while also collaborating with colleagues across EMEA and other geographies when needed. The role will see you take ownership of commercial contracts from initial review through negotiation and signature, while also supporting Germany-specific legal and compliance matters where local legal knowledge is required. The Commercial Operations team supports the business through contract management and negotiations, legal and compliance support, process improvement and risk management. As part of the team, you will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Finance and other business functions, as well as with clients and their procurement and legal teams. We’re ideally looking for someone based within reasonable travelling distance of Wiesbaden or Cologne. This is a hybrid role, with office attendance required around 1-2 days per week.
