This role partners closely with Account Executives and Field CTO Practices to understand customer challenges and design solutions that improve software delivery, service operations, and team collaboration.

Acting as the technical lead (Solution Owner) during pre-sales engagements, the role focuses on discovery, solution design, and validation across a broad range of use cases from CI/CD and cloud automation to IT service management and enterprise workflow optimisation. The successful candidate will lead workshops, deliver tailored demonstrations, and develop proof of concepts that clearly align technical capabilities with business outcomes.

This role is critical in influencing technical and business decision-making, accelerating deal progression, and increasing win rates by presenting cohesive, scalable solutions that connect development, operations, and business teams.

  • Own the creation of solution scoping documents and pricing inputs that allow for quotes and SOWs to be generated that accurately reflect customer requirements and proposed solutions

  • Own and deliver proof of concepts (POCs) to validate proposed solutions

  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with high-quality, solution-oriented technical input

Solution Design & Architecture

  • DevOps : Design end-to-end DevOps solutions including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native architectures

  • Service Mgmt : Design end-to-end service management solutions across ITSM, ESM, and workflow automation

  • Work Mgmt : Design scalable work management solutions that support team collaboration and operational efficiency

  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and user-centric architectures

  • Define workflows, data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies

Customer Consulting & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor across software delivery, service operations, and team collaboration

  • Guide customers in adopting best practices in DevOps, Service Management and Work Management

  • Advise on operating models, governance, and transformation and optimisation strategies

  • Help organisations improve efficiency, visibility, and cross-team alignment

Domain Management Expertise

  • Demonstrate expertise across DevOps (CI/CD, cloud, containers), Service Management (ITSM/ESM), and Work Management (project/workflow tools)

  • Map customer processes to platform capabilities and recommend improvements

  • DevOps : Support customers in understanding deployment models, integration patterns, and operational considerations

  • Work Mgmt : Support discussions around reporting, dashboards, resource planning, and workflow optimisation

  • Service Mgmt : Support discussions around service design, SLA management, reporting, and continuous improvement

  • Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation

  • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, demo environments and reusable solution assets

  • Establish and build networks within our core vendor partnerships
