Flexible working at Signify Technology
Designed to give you practical options that support how you work best. We offer compressed hours, flexitime with up to an hour of flexibility around your start and lunch times, and part-time or compressed hours—popular with our working parents. Our hybrid model includes two days working from home each week, alongside dog-friendly offices for when you’re in. We recognise our people are our greatest asset, so we aim to support them with flexibility that reflects real, human needs. After five years, you’ll also have access to our career break policy, including two months of fully paid sabbatical.
Salary, compensation & rewards at Signify Technology
We aim to recognise both individual contribution and team success. We carry out an annual review to ensure our salary bandings remain competitive, alongside offering a generous uncapped commission scheme for our Sales teams and a 10% personal performance bonus for our Business Support team.
Recognition is a big part of how we work. From monthly shout-outs and Employee of the Month awards, with prizes ranging from extra annual leave to restaurant vouchers, we make sure great work doesn’t go unnoticed. Across the year, top performers can also earn larger rewards such as spa trips, F1 experiences, or Airbnb vouchers, and for our highest achievers, an annual team trip to five-star destinations like Mykonos, the Bahamas, Miami, and Aspen.
