What we can offer you

We're a global online fashion retailer for fashion-loving 20-somethings with the aim of giving our customers the confidence to be whoever they want to be – and the same goes for our people.

We exist to give people the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you’re free to be your true self without judgment, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.

Whatever your role, ASOS will encourage you to be you, fulfilling your creative potential with our global reach. Push boundaries, and challenge expectations. We’re determined to succeed, so we’ll trust you to deliver. Help drive our journey to becoming the global fashion destination for 20-somethings

At ASOS our 3,000+ employees are immersed in the creative worlds and have a truly entrepreneurial attitude. Our ASOSers are authentic, brave, creative and disciplined to the core and find ways to blend our passion for fashion with cutting edge technology.

Approach to inclusion

We believe in a world where you have the freedom to explore and express yourself without judgement, no matter who you are or where you’re from. That is why our purpose is to give our people and our customers the confidence to be whoever they want to be.

We understand how important it is to put meaningful action behind all that we do and we’re constantly working on ways to support positive change – both internally and externally.

We’ve committed to reaching:

  • 50% female and 15% ethnically diverse representation across our senior leadership team by 2030

Flexible working at ASOS

We understand the importance of work-life balance. Our teams follow a hybrid working model, generally coming to the office 3 days per week (depending on the role/team). We have core hours, encourage managers to promote flexible working options and support up to 3 formal flexible working requests per year to support the ASOSer. ❤️
