Role Purpose
Responsible for analysing, designing, developing, implementing, and testing Network and IT business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Operate and support systems, implement proactive alarms and automations to enhance operational excellence and customer experience.
Role Profile
- Excellent Analytical skills.
- Very Good SQL & PL/SQL experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Telecom experience is plus.
- Robotics tools development is a plus.
- Working under pressure.
- Fast learner.
- Self-dependent.
- Creation of new services.
- Operating in-scope Systems (24/7)
- Automating solutions to enhance operational day to day
- Having creativity to initiate out of the box ideas targeting operational excellence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in IT domain.
- Good knowledge of IT development and technologies.
- Excellent technical & Analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written mainly in English.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- B.SC of Computer science/Computer Engineering/Information Systems.
- Software development background
- UNIX/Linux fundamentals
- Oracle certifications is a plus
- ITIL certification is a plus.
