Join our Vodafone Business Technology Solutions team, where we support businesses of all sizes with world-class technology solutions. We design and develop our Fixed Line solutions, drive efficiency through automation and AI, and implement it all directly with our customers.

What you’ll do

The Test Specialist is responsible for comprehensive test and quality assurance within complex customer projects, ensuring all deliverables meet established standards. This role guarantees solutions are rigorously tested against customer requirements and design specifications.

You will act as a Project Test Specialist for large-scale initiatives, the individual collaborates closely with Programme Test Managers and project managers and may oversee other testing professionals. Duties include developing and owning test strategies, test plans, executing tests, reporting defects, supervising sign-off stages, and managing quality gates throughout the testing process. The role might require occasional travel to customer locations to support onsite testing.

Who you are

• Extensive practical experience as a Test Specialist or QA Manager in complex technology environments, preferably involving SDWAN, corporate networks, cloud security, contact centre, data centre infrastructure, or cloud services connectivity.
• Deep knowledge of test management methodologies and tool (including Test Management platforms), network traffic generators, automation, and best practices in quality assurance.
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of test process optimisation.
