Who we are

We’re here to build a network the UK can count on - one that connects people, places and potential. At VodafoneThree we’re not just expanding connectivity, we’re reimagining what a connected nation looks like. With £11bn invested in 5G and digital infrastructure, your work will directly power businesses, services and communities across the country.

We’re creating more than the UK’s best network. We’re helping close the digital divide, empower communities and drive meaningful progress - today.

Welcome to a place where you’re connected

At VodafoneThree, you won’t just start an apprenticeship, you’ll start shaping a future. From your very first day, you’ll be welcomed into a community that knows the value you bring, supported by experienced mentors who guide, encourage and challenge you. You’ll work on meaningful projects that help build the UK best network, all while developing your confidence, capability and skills.

Whatever path you’re stepping from - sixth form, college or a career change - this is where you take your next step with purpose. Here, you’ll find an environment built on collaboration, shared experience and teams who always have your back. This is a place where people know you, where your contribution matters and where you become part of something bigger.

What you’ll do

As a Data Analytics apprentice, you will turn complex data into clear, actionable insight that fuels smarter, faster decisions across VodafoneThree, helping teams innovate with confidence, elevate customer experiences, and shape the future of connectivity in the UK. You’ll be at the heart of transforming data into stories that drive impactful ideas, unlock new opportunities, and push our business forward.

You will:

  • Turn complex data from multiple sources into clear, timely and impactful insights that empower stakeholders to make confident decisions.
  • Own the quality of our data by managing, cleansing and shaping datasets into reliable foundations for reporting and analysis.
  • Spot patterns, trends and opportunities that help teams embed data‑driven thinking into everyday decisions and future planning.
  • Use your technical know‑how, from data structures to analytical tools, to deliver bespoke analysis and translate findings into practical recommendations that drive performance.

Alongside your day-to-day role, you'll study toward a Level 6 Digital & Technology Solutions apprenticeship, delivered by one of our trusted training partners, and graduate with a Bachelor’s degree at the end.

Who you are

  • You’re excited by the idea of working with data and using it to create real impact.
  • You enjoy figuring out what the numbers are telling you, asking great questions, and translating insights into ideas people can use.
  • You stay organised, manage your time well, and always look for ways to make processes smarter and more efficient.
  • You must hold GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above, plus one of the following by September 2026:
    - A‑Levels
    - A Level 3 apprenticeship in a related subject
    - An equivalent Level 3 qualification.
  • Must meet UK Government apprenticeship levy funding eligibility requirements.

You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

What we offer

We care about our people’s success by offering great pay, bonuses, up to 28 days off plus bank holidays, and paid time for charity work. You can personalise our benefits for you and your family, like discounts, vouchers, a pension plan and loads more. We help with your career through our amazing learning tools and top-notch parental leave policies.
