About this Role

We are seeking a VBI Business Partner to build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across Vodafone Business International entities and drive commercial value within Supply Chain Management. This role will act as an ambassador for SCM, influencing sourcing strategies, managing supplier portfolios, and ensuring robust contractual compliance. You will play a critical role in supplier selection during bid phases and oversee lifecycle management of suppliers, aligning business requirements with global category strategies.

What you will do

  • Influence strategic decisions within Supply Chain Management.
  • Build and maintain credible relationships with stakeholders across business lines and Centres of Competency.
  • Utilise BI tools (SAP, AVA) to identify opportunities and leverage global sourcing initiatives.
  • Drive demand management excellence by challenging and influencing sourcing requirements.
  • Monitor contractual risks and ensure compliance to minimise value leakage.
  • Lead and support negotiations for high-value procurement activities.
  • Manage and guide professionals within a matrix organisation, setting standards and enabling performance.

Who you are

  • Strong commercial background with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in contract management and procurement negotiations.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate insights for demand optimisation.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics, economic trends, and commercial models.
  • Skilled in building sustainable business relationships and influencing stakeholders.
