About this Role
We are seeking an experienced SCM Specialist to manage Digital, Innovations and Consultancy categories. This role involves driving procurement strategies aligned with VOIS business objectives, ensuring robust demand management, and influencing cost structures to deliver optimal commercial outcomes. You will act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, supporting governance for key suppliers and contracts, and enabling compliance through digital tools and processes.
What you will do
- Represent business needs in procurement plans for Digital and Consultancy categories.
- Drive demand management practices to optimise cost, quality, and delivery.
- Implement VOIS procurement strategies to support organisational goals.
- Communicate category vision and strategy across centres and business lines.
- Build stakeholder relationships and secure buy-in for supply chain initiatives.
- Support governance for suppliers and contracts, ensuring compliance and value delivery.
- Collaborate with OneSCM teams and VPC IT & Digital category teams for synergy benefits.
- Drive implementation of supply chain systems and tools aligned with Vodafone’s Digital and Simplification agenda.
Who you are
- Graduate (MBA or Master’s preferred) with 5–12 years of experience in supply chain, category management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong knowledge of SCM processes and procedures.
- Excellent understanding of telecom or ITES business from commercial and technical perspectives.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication.
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation and cross-functional environment.
