About this role

We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Product Designer to craft intuitive, inclusive, and visually compelling digital experiences. This role suits an individual who brings strong UX and UI capabilities, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can independently lead design activities such as research, wireframing, prototyping, and building high‑fidelity interfaces. The role requires a user‑centric mindset, comfort working in agile, and the ability to apply design system best practices across multiple platforms.

What you’ll do

Deliver responsive, multi‑platform UX and UI solutions, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final interface designs.Apply insights from UX research to inform decisions and enhance user journeys.Present design concepts clearly to peers and stakeholders, adapting messages to diverse audiences.Organise design work and maintain systematic, well‑structured design files.Select and adapt design system components while developing and maintaining style guides and basic design systems.Navigate a complex, global organisational environment and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional, agile teams.Provide strong reasoning for design decisions and contribute to team‑wide design discussions.

Who you are

2–5 years of experience in UX, UI, or Product Design within service or product development environments.Skilled in responsive design for web and mobile, with proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.Able to work effectively in agile environments, balancing priorities and managing change.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders.Holds a degree in design, psychology, HCI, or equivalent experience, supported by a strong design portfolio.Demonstrates decision‑making skills and has contributed to released product features.
