About this Role

We are seeking a Transition Projects Lead to manage and deliver complex projects and programmes across VOIS CARE Service Line or Digital. This role involves leading process transition, transformation, and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to VOIS Transition Methodology. You will oversee governance, risk compliance, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation while driving value generation and supporting commercial opportunities.

What you’ll do

  • Lead diverse projects including CARE process transitions, digital initiatives, and transformation programmes.
  • Ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget, maintaining rigorous governance and reporting standards.
  • Form and manage virtual project teams, defining roles and responsibilities and monitoring progress.
  • Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and represent VOIS in global reviews and SteerCo meetings.
  • Support business development by generating solutions and creating impactful business cases.
  • Track budgets, identify resource needs, and proactively remove obstacles throughout the project lifecycle.

Who you are

  • Experienced project/programme manager with 3–5 years in Shared Services, BPO, or advisory environments.
  • Skilled in leading complex projects globally with strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
  • Holds a relevant degree (IT, Business Management, Economics, or equivalent).
  • Certified in PMP, Prince2, APM, ITIL or similar, with advanced MS Office and MS Project skills.
  • Demonstrates commercial acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, automation, and digitalisation methodologies is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
