About this Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects within application development, maintenance, and operations. This role involves managing global programmes, ensuring successful delivery across multiple markets, and driving operational excellence through strong governance and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do

Lead and manage end-to-end IT delivery for large-scale programmes and projects.Oversee application development, maintenance, and operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.Drive programme scope, planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.Manage SDLC phases including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.Coordinate with local markets to implement changes and ensure seamless functionality post-migration.Ensure robust testing strategies and knowledge transfer from system integrators to operations teams.Handle cost management (P&L), risk and issue mitigation, and stakeholder communication.Negotiate and manage SOWs, agreements, and estimation processes.Build and onboard high-calibre teams across technology and domain areas.

Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, or MBA preferred.12+ years of overall experience, including:

• Minimum 8 years in IT delivery management.
• At least 5 years in technical delivery/design/development.

Strong expertise in system integration, application development, maintenance, and support.Proven ability to deliver large-scale, complex solutions for global organisations.Skilled in managing estimates, tasks, escalations, risks, and issues.Experience working in multi-functional, multi-national environments.
