What you’ll do

• Owner of the negotiation process. Drive continuous process improvements to maximise scale; re-calibrate the central/local balance when required
• Definition of a completely new TRADE process. By applying Agile & SAFe methodology, the role requires radical and constant challenge of Vodafone’s way of doing things
• Foster demand completeness and alignment
• Design negotiation governance rules to ensure compliance with commercial, corporate, tax and regulatory policies
• Define and measure the correlation of effective execution of the central procurement to the positive market business impact
• Develops / maintains contact with multinational 3rd parties (Suppliers, Industry specialists) to assess and continuously challenge our Commercial / Procurement model and strategy

Who you are

• Proven experience in managing complex projects in an international procurement matrix environment
• Excellent data analytical skill. Able to draw and present strategic conclusion with large set of data
• Well-developed English written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of high impact presentations
• Self-starter with high level of motivation and drive. Highly goal oriented
• Experience in device commercial negotiations and Agile/SAFe methods
• Advanced skills in negotiation methods and tactics as well as supply market analysis
