What you’ll do

• End-to-End GTM & Portfolio Ownership: Deploy local Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and key commercial tactics with full accountability; manage the product lifecycle from ideation to final consumer sales.
•Autonomous Business Case Management: Drive end-to-end business cases independently from concept stage to commercial launch with leveraging vendors & Vodafone capabilities in light of roadmap, without requiring manager steering.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Product Managers, Segments, Distribution, Technology, Sales, and Process teams to establish business cases, commercial propositions, pricing, GTM/campaign strategies, and KPIs.
• Global & OpCo Collaboration: Oversee deliverables and communication with Vodafone Global and other OpCos; leverage international learnings, offerings, and best practices to introduce high-value programs to the Turkish market.
• Stakeholder & ExCo Management: Translate complex operational processes and targets into concise, high-level strategic presentations for Head and ExCo-level executive management.
• Commercial Negotiation & Alignment: Discuss, evaluate, and conclude commercial terms with internal and external partners, including distributor and vendor ecosystem management.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Define CBU terminal partnership strategies, prepare implementation roadmaps, and track performance metrics to continuously optimize the portfolio.

Who you are

• Education & Industry Experience: University degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; solid telecom sector know-how is a must.
• Strategic Thinking & Problem Solving: Strong analytical background with a proven ability to solve complex business problems using case-study methodologies.
• Execution & Ownership: High initiative-taking capability, strong "getting things done" mindset, and the agility to manage multiple projects simultaneously under changing priorities.
• Leadership & Coaching: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, support, and inspire cross-functional team members through organizational changes.
• Communication & Language: Advanced fluency in English (written and spoken) with exceptional presentation skills tailored for executive leadership.
