Role Purpose

As the TCP Stakeholder Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting candidates and key stakeholders throughout all stages of the Vodafone Technical Career Path (TCP) process. Leveraging your exceptional stakeholder management skills, you will ensure seamless engagement, communication, and alignment across diverse technical domains.

You will collaborate closely with the Senior TCP Transformation Managers to establish and operationalise a centralised Virtual Project Management Office for Technical Experts. This office serves as a strategic hub for continuously improving TCP processes, tools, and frameworks enabling Vodafone to meet its TCP ambitions and performance targets.

This role requires confident and effective interaction with senior leaders across Vodafone’s global organisation. You will be expected to navigate complex stakeholder environments, engage in problem solving, influence decision-making, and foster collaboration at all levels of the business.

What you’ll do

  • Provide consistent and proactive support to TCP Transformation Managers, ensuring continuity of the TCP support service.
  • Lead the scheduling and coordination of TCP Panel Reviews, ensuring timely and efficient execution, and define, implement, and manage new TCP processes, driving continuous improvement and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate Expert Reviews and Panel Reviews, facilitating collaboration and timely feedback across technical domains, and guide and support TCP candidates throughout the TCP Pipeline Process, ensuring clarity, readiness, and progress.
  • Deliver regular reporting and health checks on TCP implementation progress, including ad-hoc reporting for the Vodafone Leadership Team (VLT).
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of TCP documentation, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Monitor and track ratification outcomes to ensure timely activation of Reward, Communications, and HR processes, and manage the TCP Pipeline data
  • Support events and initiatives associated with TCP, and be a great team player across multiple functional disciples

Who you are

  • Experience in Technology and/or Business function
  • Ability to work pro-actively on a day-to-day basis with minimum guidance and ability to manage multiple & changing priorities.
  • Strong presentation skills and strong stakeholder management
  • Passion and energy for innovative solutions for delivery and operations governance
  • Strong influencing, organisational & communication skills (both written and spoken)
  • Experience of delivery/project management, Azure De Ops, Power BI and Project Online tools.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Recognised PMO industry qualification such as APMP, Prince2 or similar project management qualification preferred
  • Knowledge of SAFe and Agile methodologies.
