About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex projects within the UK IT portfolio. This role involves managing high-impact initiatives across multiple technical systems, domains, and third-party vendors. You will be responsible for shaping, planning, and delivering projects from business case creation through to operational handover, ensuring compliance with Vodafone’s governance standards. The position requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive transformation in a fast-paced environment

What you will do

Manage the mobilisation, design, and delivery of one or multiple projects within the assigned portfolio.
Build, lead, and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, interdependencies, and critical paths.
Create cost estimates and manage project budgets, ensuring financial compliance and accurate forecasting.
Identify and engage stakeholders, suppliers, and delivery functions, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate the high-level vision and desired future state to stakeholders and delivery teams.
Monitor and control project performance, embedding measurable outcomes and success factors.
Formulate and execute stakeholder communication plans.
Forecast and manage resource supply and demand across technology, financial, and human resources.
Ensure projects comply with Vodafone’s delivery governance and quality standards.

Who you are

Egyptian national residing in Egypt.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing complex ICT projects end-to-end.
Strong understanding of application and software development lifecycles.
Proven experience in technical change and transformation projects.
Skilled in managing cross-cultural teams and working in matrix environments.
Background in telecommunications or network environments.
Certified in Prince2 Practitioner or PMP.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver results.
Strong financial acumen, including budget management and understanding of capitalisation and P&L.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
Highly competent in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
