About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Management (OIM) Developer to join our WIAM team in Pune, Bangalore, or Ahmedabad. In this role, you will support and enhance a large-scale global Identity and Access Management platform built on Oracle Identity Manager 12c, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus, WebLogic Server, Oracle Database, and Linux. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong Identity & Access Management domain expertise, Oracle IAM experience, and Core Java development skills who are passionate about solving complex technical challenges in a DevOps support environment.

What you’ll do

  • Provide L3 support for the Oracle Identity and Access Management platform and associated integrations.
  • Handle incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and functional issues within defined service levels and operational KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Oracle Identity Manager and identity lifecycle processes.
  • Deliver development fixes, enhancements, support releases, and configuration changes with end-to-end ownership.
  • Collaborate with application teams, architecture teams, platform support teams, and business stakeholders to drive issue resolution.
  • Support testing activities, data analysis, and data quality improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor platform stability and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Participate in on-call support for priority incidents and ensure service availability for critical business functions.
  • Contribute innovative solutions to improve platform performance, reliability, and user experience.
  • Support reporting and analysis activities through BI reporting tools and database queries.

Who you are

Essential

  • 5 to 9 years of experience in Oracle SOA and Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Manager (11g R2 and/or 12c) and Oracle IAM technologies.
  • Strong Identity and Access Management domain knowledge.
  • Experience with Core Java and J2EE technologies.
  • Working knowledge of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and functions.
  • Commitment to quality, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Graduate in any discipline.

Desirable

  • Experience with Oracle SOA Suite components including BPEL and BPM.
  • Knowledge of LDAP and directory services.
  • Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, and Oracle Database environments.
  • Working knowledge of WebLogic Server administration and support.
  • Experience supporting enterprise identity governance and access management platforms.
