About this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, ReactJS, and NodeJS to join our Full Stack Development Team. The individual will be responsible for designing and developing software applications and products, while also mentoring junior team members. This role requires a deep understanding of modern development practices, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.

What you will do

  • Design and implement modules based on project requirements and design documentation.
  • Recommend and evaluate technologies and tools aligned with business needs.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Own one or more modules and offer technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Review junior team members’ code and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables with minimal defects during QA & UAT.
  • Participate in effort estimation and support production systems within SLA.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and dedication to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Suggest and implement innovative ideas and assess contributions from team members.

Who you are

  • 5–8 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Spring/Spring Boot.
  • Solid understanding of OOP and functional programming principles.
  • Experience with design patterns, caching (e.g., Redis), and databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Skilled in API development, microservices, and enterprise-level solutions.
  • Familiar with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership and adaptability.
