Your contribution:

  • Identify and translate complex business needs into structured, data-driven use cases, ensuring clear and complete requirement engineering;
  • Evaluate use cases regarding business impact, feasibility, and alignment with strategic priorities;
  • Support the design and delivery of cloud-native data solutions and enable self-service BI use cases, working closely with architecture, engineering, and business teams;
  • Design and manage initiative roadmaps and project structures, coordinating across business, data, and IT stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery;
  • Drive communication transparency through regular reporting on progress, risks, and realized business impact;
  • Ensure initiatives align with IT architecture principles, cybersecurity standards, and data governance frameworks;
  • Leverage cloud capabilities to assess technical feasibility and co-design scalable, value-adding solutions in collaboration with architecture and engineering teams;
  • Perform hands-on data exploration, comparisons, and validation (e.g., querying BigQuery) to support feasibility assessments, clarify requirements, and contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) during initiative rollouts;
  • Use front-end tools to create mock-ups or conceptual visualizations to validate requirements and align with stakeholders early in the process;
  • Collaborate closely with data architects to align business use cases with scalable and compliant data solutions, ensuring smooth handover from concept to implementation;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business teams and champion a data product mindset across data initiatives.

  • Hands-on capability with dashboarding and BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to create mock-ups and support stakeholder engagement;
  • Solid hands-on data analysis skills to support validation, quality assurance, and business value tracking;
  • Ability to balance speed and quality while managing risk and compliance;
    Awareness of data governance, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture principles.

You Must Have:

  • A successfully completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience;
  • 5+ years of experience in data-related roles, with a focus on business-facing solution delivery;
  • Proven track record in shaping and delivering data initiatives in complex organizations;
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms; experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a strong plus;
  • Practical experience with SQL and querying cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery); ability to independently perform data validations, comparisons, and support UAT efforts;
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI front-end tools to mock up visualizations and guide dashboard development;
  • Strong facilitation skills in requirement engineering and benefit/value case articulation;
  • Experience working in agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) with cross-functional teams and iterative delivery cycles;
  • Fluent English (C1) skills written and spoken
