About this Role

We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support and deliver functional consulting and implementation outcomes across Employee Central. This role is suited to an individual with strong hands-on configuration experience, deep understanding of EC data models, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and cross‑module teams in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

What you’ll do

Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into configuration workbooks and functional designs.Configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including data models, picklists, organisational, pay and job structures.Manage and customise country-specific fields (CSF) and local compliance requirements.Configure Employee and Manager Self-Service (ESS/MSS) transactions, workflows, and business rules.Work extensively with EC data models, including Corporate Data Model, Succession Data Model, Propagation Data Model, and MDF objects.Support and configure EC Position Management and Metadata Framework (MDF) objects.Contribute to integrations and functional support of APIs, interfaces, and SAP HR modules such as PA, OM, and PT.Configure time-related components including holiday calendars, work schedules, workflows, time account types, time types, accrual and take rules, and period-end processing rules.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and propose solutions aligned to business needs.

Who you are

An experienced SAP HR professional with 4+ years of hands-on experience, including SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation.Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.Confident in working with EC data models, MDF, workflows, and business rules.Knowledgeable in country-specific requirements and localisation.Comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders, with clear and effective communication skills.Adaptable, collaborative, and able to respond positively to change in a fast-paced environment.Exposure to EC Time Off and Timesheets configuration is an advantage.
